Photo must be less than 30kb in size. Open Photoshop in your laptop and reduce the photo with the application.

Can't say for TRCN. Go to any local government with with your national identity card and ask for LASRRA office.

After Choosing your picture. Click on the up arrow, under choose file. The picture will load.

And finally submitted.The secondary school site has been down since noon.
