Trade Support Analyst Responsibilities and Duties:

• Respond first line to customer trading, system functionality questions and problems.

• Record all queries in client tracking system related to trade support analysis.

• Learn proprietary trading system functionality along with back off company support to communicate effectively with clients and resolve customer queries.

• Interact with execution company’s’ trade desk to identify technical issues with customer connections.

• Manage client contacts as well as escalation path through problem ownership.

• Provide assistance to proprietary traders in Chicago off company.

• Ensure to escalate issues to suitable IT staff if necessary.

• Monitor actively and respond to alerts within technology atmosphere.

• Collaborate with traders and varied IT staff to execute new tools as well as strategies.

• Ensure to test new software releases and deploy to production.

• Ensure to optimize system uptime by monitoring, using change management methods and quick response to any outage.

• Manage circumstances inclusive of incident resolution process as well as client communications.

• Develop as well as maintain system documentation.
