Leaders of the All Progressives Congress APC, in Edo State have suspended the state governor, Godwin Obaseki, his deputy governor, Philip Shuaibu and the Secretary to the state Government, Osarodion Ogie for alleged anti party activities.

The suspension comes as the crisis in rocking the Edo State chapter of the All Progressives Congress gets messier by the day.

At a meeting of APC leaders at the party secretariat, the suspension of Oshiomhole and some party local government chairmen were upheld.

The suspension of Obaseki, his Deputy, Philip Shaibu and others were carried out at the residence of General Charles Airhiavbere by the Edo Peoples Movement, a pressure group within the APC.

I keep telling people that the implosion that'd happen to APC upon the exit of Bihari from the scene would be worse than the Hiroshima bomb.

The only unifying force and factor to the party is nothing more than Bubu.

Funny enough, the end of his tenure would eventually usher in Atiku Abubakar because Bihari alone was the reason he lost the last election however he lost it. But in 2023, I'd love to see anyone that would be going head to head with At ik u bearing in mind the Northern numbers and the bandwagon effect.
