The Chief Executive Officer of the organization Hon. Nwabueze Buchi George told newsmen in Abuja Nigeria, that even when plans for 2020 has been rolled out, their main concern at the moment is the Nigeria – Korea Economic Forum scheduled for December 5 to 12, 2019.

He revealed that there have been series of meetings in both Nigeria and Korea ahead of the event and all parties involved are working hard to ensure that the main goal which is boasting bilateral trade between Nigeria and Korea is achieved.

“So far, I appreciate the efforts of Ministry of Industry, Trade and Investment, Office of The Secretary to the Government of the Federation Abuja, Korea Trade-Investment Promotion Agency (KOTRA) and other agencies whom we are partnering with.

What we’re doing is to show each other the endless opportunities we can explore and how we can improve each other if we share developmental ideas as well as other information that can grow our economies”

“Nigeria – Korea Business and Economic Forum is just a baby from the Nigeria – Asia Business and Economic Forum and our aim with the later is to connect with the massive developmental prowess of China, Japan, Korea, Taiwan, Vietnam and Singapore”
“We can sell to them, they can also invest here to create more jobs for our people, while we can also do the same over there because there are still untapped opportunities only us in Africa can harness” Buchi George said.
