Illegality is determined by the court not d acceptance of the party involved or not. APC is not a serious party.

liar that's not what happened in zamfara .zamfara Apc was divided by faction ,gov yari faction and senator marafa faction.and there was no primary .

Yari faction present list of candidates to inec while marafa faction went to court for disqualification of yari list cos there was no primary

. It is what is presented in court that the court determines not what is extraneous.! Even if there are reservations in the primary it is legal until there are complaints and their genuineness is determined in the court.
