These are basically 5 easy steps you can follow to become a Red Cross volunteer. Follow the steps as outlined below.

STEP #1: Create your Red Cross Volunteer Connection account:
Visit the Red Cross Volunteer Application to submit your online Red Cross volunteer connection application.

You will be redirected to another website, fill out the RIGHT side: “Create a Red Cross ID“.

Fill out the required details and finish the application by clicking on “Create Account“.

This will create your online account in Red Cross database.

The application process will take not more than 5-15 minutes to complete
Upon submitting your online application, you will receive an activation email containing an activation link.

STEP #2: Activate your Volunteer Connection account:
Click on the activation link to activate your account on Volunteer Connection.

In Volunteer Connection your will need to:

Update your profile – complete the personal information tab. Confirm your contact information and fill out some basic statistical information.
Fill the interest form – by completing the interest form, you are telling Volunteer Connection what you are interested in.
