I don't even know why

Perhaps it gives one the opportunity to interact and Socialize with people from different backgrounds and beliefs

People you would hardly socialize with in the real world.

1) Because here I have access to all kinds of news.

2) Nairaland has made Nigeria so small by making me aware of what goes on in the different states of the federation on a daily.

3) Politically, Nairaland has really succeeded in informing me about the political dynamics of this country. How folks reason up North, the treachery of the West and the Emotional politics of the East.

4) Nairaland helps me gauge opinion. From people's comments, I get to know what greater percentage of Nigerians think about any issue at all, political or otherwise.

5) Nairaland is a killer of boredom. You can't know Nairaland and still be bored. Especially funny comments of some crazy guys here. I can't tell you countless times I sit amidst people then boom I start laughing, and they will be like..."what is so funny"?

6) Nairaland is my best friend right now. It's even my girlfriend.

Make I stop abeg...

there's more intelligent pppl posting well thought out ideas and news than mumus, bigots, and tribalists trying to disrupt the positive energy of the website. wink

Over time I've come to realize that the people I've met so far in business here are not the crazy noise, tribalistic noisemakers.
They are the silent big men. They rarely come to NL and when they do, they have a particular section they go or they have an aim.
They don't litter the forum with traits of nuisance

Number four was what brought me here initially until I realized all Nigerians both learned and otherwise carry the same opinions.
