The number of scam sites are just staggering. Most fraudsters are using fake investment sites or romance scams to defraud their victims. Some scams are packaged like genuine companies. Registering a company is easy. In fact, thousands of companies are registered daily by fraudsters. So the fact that a site presented documentation to that effect does not make its operations legitimate.
