Both phones have 4GB RAM and 64GB storage in common. Note series has always been classed higher than the S Series. This year, the S series also comes in 6GB RAM and 128GB storage (N62,500/$175) at a lower price point than the Note 6 - 4GB/64GB (N65,000/$180). The Note 6 does come with a better processor, brighter & more vivid FHD+ AMOLED display and the X-Pen which is its core selling point.
