There is just one thing about the OPs rather verbose write up that is relevant. It is a simple matter really. Did the APC leader forfeit any money to the US government at any time on the grounds of such money being the proceeds of narcotics trafficking or sales? Yes or no?

All the posts supporting the man have not addressed this question - and this question will NOT go away. There are similar questions too - the GCI matter for one.
