Rangpur University has total 6 faculties which has 21 departments. This 6 units are A B C D E and F. A Unit is arts faculty which has 3 departments named Bangla, English and History and Archaeology. B unit is sociology faculty which has 6 departments. Therefore C unit is Business Studies faculty which has 4 subjects. Likewise D unit is Science faculty which has 4 subjects. E unit is Engineering and Technology faculty which has 2 subjects. Lastly F unit is Biology and Geology faculty which has also 2 subjects.
