A LASTMA official seized and damaged lady's phone, while she is trying to record his illegal activities in Lagos. Gistmore reports The lady whose phone was damaged spotted crying, the other passengers questioned the LASTMA official why he seized her phone and stopped her from recording him if truely what he did was actually.
