Safety Record Newspaper, a fast-growing media company located in Alimosho area of Lagos, seeks to fill the above position with suitable and qualified persons. Applicant must live within Alimosho LGA.


Job Description
· Meet and liaise with clients to discuss and identify their advertising requirements
· Devise advertising campaigns that meet the clients brief and budget
· Work with the account manager to brief media, creative and research staff and assist with the formulation of marketing strategies
· Liaise with and act as the link between the client and the company by maintaining regular contacts
· Negotiate with clients and advert head about the details of adverts
· Present creative work to clients for approval or modification
· Handle budgets, manage advert costs and invoice clients
· Monitor the effectiveness of adverts
· Arrange and attend meetings with prospective clients
· Market and sell newspaper to corporate organisations and individuals.
· Identify opportunities for advert placement on the newspaper.
· Maximize revenue opportunities from clients by driving sales leads and increasing sales conversions
· Plan and conduct direct marketing activities
· Carryout after-sales follow up and feedback.

Skills and Competencies
· Good written and verbal communication skills
· Computer literacy and knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
· Confidence
· Cope with pressure and work to tight deadlines
· Good team working skills
· Ability to work with little or no supervision

Job Requirements:
· 1-2 year’s sales/marketing experience in any reputable organisation
· BSc/HND in any related discipline
· Candidate must be dogged in attitude and goal-oriented
