Are you focusing on public procurement, or just general procurement as a whole?

Your intro started with references to public procurement.

But going further by scrolling downwards, you did not mention anything specific about public procurement, in the course outline, except where you spoke about settling disputes related to public procurement.

Who is teaching the course? Is he/she an expert in public procurement, or just a lawyer that wants to share knowledge about contracts?

And you have jumbled up contract management in the middle of procurement topics.

The best thing is to either treat it as a separate module within the course, or finish with the general procurement topics, before bringing it up, towards the end of the course.
