Kudos to Nigeria Army Corps of Engineers for such a job weldone. The University VC should have resigned for the lame reason for collapse of the bridge 'That the students were taking selfie on the bridge"
dey engineering sector in the army built almost all the roads in the country back then and it was solid but due to lack of maintenance see were our politicians keep us

Seems NA are more competent in terms of engineering functions than combat.

Kudos NA.
This ur comment is like UFO, re u praising them or insulting them, which one is the NA are more competent in Engineering more than Combat, don’t u knw who did that was an engineering Corp in the NA, though all the Corp has its combat wing and all personnel achieve combat training.. but NA have different corps that deals with what they want respectively, so constructing a bridge by d NA for citizens to help doesn’t mean they don’t know there work. So be specific

I don't think it was built for heavy vehicles thus the use of the bridge by such vehicles would be an abuse.
