BW Offshore is now looking for Graduates with different backgrounds to join the company upon completion of their degrees. Students enrolled within their last year in a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree programme are welcome to apply. We are looking for both technical and non-technical Graduates.

Graduates at BW Offshore
• As a Technical Graduate you may participate in all phases of projects: From concept development, tender and FEEDs, to project execution, construction and commissioning. Focus areas where technical Graduates typically are involved are within engineering and operation support and life extension projects within the organisation.
• Graduates in other departments will be heavily involved in relevant tasks within their fields and can expect to be exposed to several aspects of the department’s responsibilities.
• As a Graduate, you should expect to be exposed to other departments for periods to enable you to build a strong Company competence.

Requirements
• Strong academic track record
• Enthusiasm for your chosen field of study, but also flexibility and a keen interest to learn about other disciplines / departments
• Desire to work in a multidisciplinary/multinational environment
• Flexibility to travel, for both short and long assignments
• Ability to work in a structured and systematic way, while delivering high quality work on time
• Strong team player with a positive attitude
• Fluent in English (oral and written)
