Why running it was an accidental issues..at least you stop ,ask for help take the victim to hospital.. Your case will be attempted murderer..pray make dem no change am for you to be full murderer..

sadly, many opt for speeding as a mad instinct....

it once happened to me, back in the days: some friends and I were on holiday, while one of us was driving the rental car, he crashed into another car in traffic while almost running over someone... and the fool sped off. we were shouting in the car for him to "stop the fukcing car!!!" but that son of a thousand wh0res was like in a trance. it took about 2 good minute before he got his senses back....and we had to tell him to drive straight to the nearest police station. the fool had no excuse as to why he didnt stop, and that night he slept in custody. later HE paid the damage to the rental car and the other car ALONE.

Small matter just carry am go jail. What will it cost him to wait?
