Responsibilities

Work with the Content Creation Team in shooting distinctive videos and capture high quality photographs.

Provide creative input (ideas, lighting techniques, camera movements, lenses filters etc.) to video production / shoots planning.

Utilize technical know-how in selecting, assembling, positioning, operating and managing Cameras, lightings and other equipment.

Job Title: Sound Engineer
Location: Lagos

Responsibilities:

The Sound Engineer will be responsible for setup/teardown, microphone and instrument cabling and setup and setup of other band interfaces for shows and events.
He/she must have the following qualifications:

Knowledge of professional audio cabling, PA, general audio requirements, etc.

Experience with professional audio and live or studio setup/teardown

Favorable references from previous audio work

Cable management & organization skills


Job Title: Producers
Location: Lagos

We are seeking creative and resourceful producers who are willing to join our team.

Responsibilities:

They must have 4 or more years of hands-on production experience in TV/news/digital production with at least 2 years of field production experience.

Documentary production experience.

Bachelor's degree in journalism or related field of study is preferred, or equivalent experience.

Must demonstrate strong production experience.

Must demonstrate strong initiative, commitment, communication and interpersonal skills.

Prior experience in a campaign environment is helpful.

Must be flexible and able to work an extended schedule under deadline pressures.

Must be able to travel frequently.


Job title: Video Editors
Location: Lagos

Responsibilities:

At least 5 years of professional experience editing with Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, Avid or similar

Ability to create rough and final cuts for evaluation and feedback within deadlines

Ability to turn a rough cut into a finished, polished video

Animation and graphic design experience in After Effects, Photoshop and/or Illustrator

Experience handling multiple projects in a fast-paced work environment, under tight deadlines

Excellent organizational and media management skills

Online portfolio that demonstrates video, and post-production skills required.


Job Title: Channel Manager
Location: Lagos

Responsibilities:

Our ideal candidate must be fluent in publishing, playlist creation, keyword tagging, title optimization, monetization, creation / refinement of video thumbnails, and Community Post creation, and other associated meta-media.

He/ she will work with production & design teams to secure channel & end card artwork

Liaising with Producers and content team to receive videos for upload Video titles, descriptions, and tag templates.

Video uploading and settings optimization

Thumbnail creation, titles, descriptions, and tags
Curation & Optimization of playlists
Comment review/approval and response

Management of monetization and brand restriction settings

QC all content and communicate any necessary edits before upload

Keep abreast of platform updates & trends on YouTube & other platforms

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent combination of work experience and education

Minimum 3years of experience directly handling/growing TV channel(s)

Knowledge of standard methodologies for channel management and growth

Desire to learn high-end data analytics and SEO skills

Superb accuracy and attention to detail

Strong organizational and record keeping skills
