I'm not a builder ,just a lover and collector of modern architecture. These homes are not as expensive. The designs are simple and minimalist. The psychology of modern architecture is the color combination(mostly white or light grey ) ,Square or rectangular shapes ,concrete rooftops and large glass windows.

great to know there is a collector of modern architecture.
but to realistic how much would the least structure on display go for?
