Backup is the only golden and best disaster recovery plan against losing of data as well as other special files, as it’s a process of copying and archiving of Computer and other data so it may be used to restore the original after a data loss event. Most people don’t abide by this until an incident happened, that’s were they will start backing up their data even their own life .

I want you to picture this scenario in your mind before I gear into the main gist, just imagine one day, your Computer fails and won’t boot, you take it to a Computer Engineer, and you end up hearing things like hard drive failure or other annoying stuffs, meanwhile, you didn’t backup your data, what I’m trying to say here is that, you’ve permanently lost all your data, which may includes important documents, clients projects, family photos, programs, music, videos, e.t.c. Maybe the only option according to the Computer Engineer is to get a new Computer hard drive and start all over again with none of those precious files. Oh! What a shame!

Now, lets assume same hard drive failure with a recent data backup happens, or your computer won’t turn on, you take it to a Computer Engineer, and he offer to replace the hard drive with a new one, you got no problem because, your Computer will be good as new and of course, you will only download the copies of your precious files from a cloud storage or external storage where you’ve backed it up to, in other words, your computer is exactly as it was before. Believe me, you will smile like never before.

Backup is always a way of protecting the investment in data, by having several copies of the data stored somewhere. Your data are valuable and very precious to you right? But do you know it will cost you time and effort re-creating it, may costs you money, personal grief and tears? Sometimes, it can’t even be re-created, for instance, results of some experiments. Since it’s an investment, you should protect it and take steps to avoid losing it. It is important to ...

Indeed it is important to backup your data to prevent data loss issue. But there are times when we forget to take backup of our data and realize its importance after losing it. In such cases, we left with no option to get our data back except the data recovery software. There are many data recovery tools available which allows to recover data from the hard drives for free. However, the limit of recoverable data is less but such tools play great role in recovering lost files.
