Nigerian and Instagram celebrity, Ismaila Mustapha a.k.a Mompha, yesterday filed a fundamental rights enforcement lawsuit against the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission, for unlawful detention and a violation of his fundamental human rights.

Recall, Mompha was arrested in October on allegations of Cybercrimes and Money laundering. He has also asked the court to mandate the EFCC to pay him N5 milion for unlawful detention.
