Nigerian and Instagram celebrity, Ismaila Mustapha a.k.a Mompha, yesterday filed a fundamental rights enforcement lawsuit against the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission, for unlawful detention and a violation of his fundamental human rights. He has also asked the court to mandate the EFCC to pay him N5 milion for unlawful detention. How can you detain a person for weeks The constitution says "a person cannot be detained for more tha 24hours for a crime he has not been found guilty of" EFCC won Form above the law nahh, now this is the repercussions. Our law system is bleeped up that is why they just deny people of their fundamental human right |
