Another waste of money and time....the Coal is not Coke-able with high Sulphur content and extremely expensive to treat. |

eagleu: Till today, countries like Greece still use lignite, a poorer form of coal for power generation. Same with Germany and Poland. Granted it isn't the cleanest source of energy, it could potentially provide power to kickstart industrialisation and reduce unemployment. 2 Likes |

This country is funny. When the Chinese get contract to construct rails, how many Nigerians do such contracts employ ? Same for road construction. If not servants who collect N30,000 as labourers. And this ministry has always been in existence. Same way Amathief is constructing new rails and ignoring old ones comatose. |
