Just a day after Instagram celebrity Mompha filed a lawsuit against EFCC for detaining him longer than the constitutionaly allowed period without being charged to court, the EFCC have prepared 14 charges to be presented against Mompha in court on Monday. Some of the charges include Fraud and money laundering.
