What we African need to understand is that for us to survive in this world, we must stand together and protect our own..Where were the US, UK and EU when their fellow whites were perpetrating the most inhumane type of racism in South Africa When the US indicted Huawei didnt the Chinese govt come to their aid?? Our government are busy chasing our citizens accused of defrauding white people but I havent seen european and US governments rejecting looted funds stolen by African leaders..

Nigeria must rise to defend his own. American corporations have plugged money straw on our oil since 1970 doing shady deals and milking away our resources. We have not accused them of laundering money.
What is wrong if the money is seating in his company account in U.S?

Earlier this year, Air Peace signed an agreement with Boeing for the supply of 10 brand new 737 Max 8 aircrafts worth $1. 2 billion. The agreement was suspended due to technical flaws on the model. But according to Boeing, delivery for the upgraded version of the aircraft will commence as soon as possible.

Again this month, Air Peace upgraded its agreement with Brazilian Aircraft manufacturer Embraer for additional E195-E2s aircrafts. Air Peace agreement with Embraer is worth $2.12 billion. Delivery will commence next year.

Currently, Air Peace operates Fourteen (14) B737-300/500, Three (3) B777-200/300, One (1) Do328-300, and Eight (cool Embraer ERJ-145s jets. Totalling its fleet number to 26.

With orders for new aircrafts signed and awaiting delivery, in the next five years, Air Peace fleet number is expected to increase from 26 to 50 or more. At this stage, Air Peace will become one of the largest airlines in Africa, and largest in West Africa.

Success attracts envy. Air Peace is a huge success.

If you are in airline business in Nigeria, you must be a saint for you not to envy Air Peace.

But it's too early to insinuate. Let's keep our legs crossed and watch things as it unfold.

The "Fraud" indictment of Airpeace Chairman is as a result of issues with the IRS. The IRS is the Internal Revenue Service; the revenue service of the United States federal government. That is the extent which the "fraud indictment," covers.

At the end of the day, he may actually be in the clear after paying whatever his Tax obligation may be.
Many US firms often go through such conflated conflagration. The current US president is currently at the Supreme Court of the United States fighting to keep his tax documents secret. If the SCOTUS rules against him, he will most likely resign and negotiate a way out to avoid incarceration.
Whatever happens, know that the Airpeace Boss is a Black African; a billionaire black man contributing to humanity will always be a global risk. Perhaps you don't understand. But if you make little effort, you will understand that this is more like "targeting loopholes" than discovery of "concentrated fraud."

This situation was not created by his enemies in Nigeria; IRS don't work with Nigeria or with Nigerian whistleblowers.

Interestingly, investigation is still ongoing. The funds didn't come from US banks. The funds came from Nigeria and when you move funds between US banks, it is usually suspected to be "attempt at dodging certain levies" considering the name "Nigeria."
Sometimes the banks will write you and invite you for interview. A busy foreign based business man with bank domains in the US may not always meet up the dates and time of his appointment. If this happens, his transactions are turned over to authorities. The blood of IRS is money!

Nothing more than that. It is not as if he defrauded any US bank or any other entity. Air Peace is a legitimate enterprise. God bless.Mike Ikem Umealo- Onaoluwa Abimbola Ajayi if allen ceo of airpeace is found guilty he should go to court- but let him be heard in court- the way nigerians speak online chai our education is faulty- until you are convicted you are innocent- if allen the ceo is guilty after the courts investigates he should pay for his bad behavior

Forms of corruption vary, but include bribery, extortion, cronyism, nepotism, parochialism, patronage, influence peddling, graft, and embezzlement. Corruption may facilitate criminal enterprise such as drug trafficking, money laundering, and human trafficking, though it is not restricted to these activities- with these they will tag all corruption- yes until you clear your name- if found guilty after court session you can now be called corrupt- chai education ooo

So its the FBI and the DoJ that is now envious of Air Peace? Na wa for you o!

Even when Air Peace eventually buys more planes to grow its fleet to 50 it still won't be the largest airline in Africa. Ethiopian Airlines has 117 planes, Egypt Air has almost 60.

Huawei saga wasn't fruad related if you don't know. The case now is Allen committed fraud by forging several documents to obtain LC from US banks...that's a serious offence and will not be tolerated. We will extradite him to serve as lessons to other fraudsters.

Where did get $1.1bn from in the first place. Bigger airlines use bank loans. How come he suddenly raised $1.1bn by being anonymous through the years
