I want to increase the ground level of my 2005 Toyota corolla sport by changing the tyre & rim size to 215/60/R16 from 185/65/R15.

215 from 185 is too wide for the car, the 215 is the width of the tyres. It will be rubbing the front fender as you turn the steering. But you can test and see if the car can accommodate that size before you buy. Changing from 185 65 R15 to 215 60 R16 means you're increasing the width 185 to 215 but reducing the ground level from 65 to 60.That is to say, you're not actually solving the ground level problem.

I also changed my Camry 2004 and it's likely to touch the fender but it won't be too noticeable...
maybe when taking a turn and it's rarely noticeable.
I am enjoying mine now compare to 15 rim
