Our Client a Consulting firm offering a wide range of HR solutions to various clients in the manufacturing, logistics, oil and gas, telecommunication and banking sectors in Nigeria.There are expanding our operations and currently looking to hire a well experienced Business Development Executive. 

Job Title: Business Development Executive

Location: Lekki, Lagos

Job Requirements
Knowledge of payroll administration inline with industry standards.

Candidate must demonstrate self-confidence, love networking and enjoy presenting and public speaking.
Minimum of 5 years of active experience as a Sales Executive in  Human Resources Services providing organization.
Must hold at least a Degree in a related field.

Job Competencies:
The successful candidate must have;
A demonstrated experience in winning outsourcing/recruitment contracts.
A portfolio of current clients willing to engage our services will be an added advantage. 
A great business sense.
An in-depth understanding of marketing concepts
Excellent communication skills
A positive attitude towards work
Excellent negotiation skills.
