Bro if this is true, this is what u should do, i did it and it worked like a magic
Start by doing at least 3 push ups daily
Do it as many time as possible between 1 to 2 hours spacing
After 3 days increase it to 5 push up and do it for 3 days
After dat increase it to 10 push ups
Before u know, u will be pushing 20-50 daily
That's how I started and been doing it so far
