Now listen to dis Sir. I just met d landlord of this property & I'm told dat dat's wat his numerous properties go for, regardless of where they are located. Two (2) other tenants (one of them a pilot) live in d other 2 apartments dat are situated in d same premises with d very one I' marketing (a 3 bedroom duplex & a 2 bedroom BQ), & I'm told they paid almost d same rate, if not d same.

Sometimes ago, I came up here 2 market a 2 bedroom flat in Omole Phase 1, which the landlord wants N800k per annum, as rent. Some people here called me all sorts of names despite my numerous sincere explanation 2 them. But at d end, somebody came along & rented this property for N800k (so painful dat he didn't come thru the firm I work for. I for don harmmar).

So U see: one man's meat is another man's poison.

This beautiful 3 bedroom duplex is still up for grabs. And for beecrofty: Abeg, no come near dis property because if U do, U'll be tempted to pay this rate, & I'll be very happy to take my agency fee from U.

if i go near there and I rent am, my wife no go happy with me, Im not really mad at the rate the house is going for, im particular about the caution fee and the service charge. Ofcourse, I understand the chares, where I stay I paid service charge and caution fee but not this outrageous rate. Is the landlord telling me to go ahead and destroy the house? kai!!!
The annoying part is this place now, the borehole is not working and the sad news is the landlord is in london, so wtf do I do, not have water for weeks before the man comes, You see what im saying. al this service charge is just crap!
