Client Service Executive
Relationship Executive

General Requirements
Age: below 25 years
Location: must reside on the island

1. Job Title: Client Service Executive
Employment level: Contract staff
Requirements
Minimum: Bachelor’s degree or its equivalence in any administrative field
Must not be above age 24
1-2 years’ experience in related position
Job Profile
Attend to client’s enquiries physically and on phone

Key Responsibilities
• Respond to clients calls on phone
• Attend to walk-in clients
• Ensure supply of office supplies at all times
• Schedule appointments for clients


2. Job Title: Relationship Executive
Employment Level: Contract Staff

Requirements
Minimum: Bachelor’s degree or its equivalence with a 2.1 CGPA in an Administrative field or related field.
Must not be above 24 years
1-2 years’ experience in administrative field

Job Profile
Provide product consultation to walk in clients.
On board clients, profile clients and send briefs to headquarters for application processing.
