A middle-aged woman, Eki Ekhator, has been arrested by the Edo State Police Command for allegedly killing her husband by violently grabbing his scrotum and squeezing it till he died.
The incident, which happened at the Ukhiri community in the Ikpoba-Okha Local Government Area of the state, shocked the residents as the man was rushed to a nearby hospital, where he was confirmed dead.

Appeal Court Upholds Gov Ortom’s Election, Fines APC, Jime N150,000

The Abuja Division of the Court of Appeal, on Thursday, upheld the election of Governor Samuel Ortom of Benue State.
The appellate court, in a unanimous judgement by a five-man panel of Justices, dismissed a joint appeal the All Progressives Congress, APC, and its candidate, Emmanuel Jime, filed to challenge the outcome of the governorship election that held in the state on March 9.

Rise of Skywalker’ actor John Boyega: ‘I left the script under my bed

Nigerian-British actor John Boyega said on Wednesday that he left his copy of the closely-guarded script for the new “Star Wars” movie under his bed and that it ended up for sale on eBay.
Boyega, who plays Stormtrooper turned resistance fighter Finn in “Star Wars: The Rise of Skywalker,” told U.S. television show “Good Morning America” that a cleaner had found the script and put it on the eBay auction site.
