Praying About The Unknown by judedwriter(m): 7:59am On Dec 01, 2019
“Likewise the Spirit also helpeth our infirmities: for we know not what we should pray for as we ought: but the Spirit itself maketh intercession for us with groanings which cannot be uttered.”
— Romans 8:26 (KJV)

The Holy Spirit helps us to pray about the unknown. The Holy Spirit is omniscient: He has all knowledge of everything that has happened, will happen and is happening.

This is the big advantage praying more in tongues has over praying in your understanding. When you pray in your understanding, you are limited because you don't have all the information about what is happening spiritually and physically. But the Holy Spirit knows all.

A lot of the tragedies that happened to God's people could have been averted if only they prayed more in tongues.

The late Rev Kenneth Hagin of blessed memory, shared a testimony of a Christian man who worked in an oil rig. This man had a dream that he climbed up to do his job and suddenly an accident occurred and his head was cut off.

When he resumed work the following morning, he told his employer that he wasn't going to do his job that day because he had a dream that his head was decapitated. His employer had to look for a substitute worker who laughed off this Christian man's revelation.

As soon as this substitute worker climbed up, an accident occurred and a cabel cut of his head!

However, unknown to the Christian man, his pastors (a couple) had been led that morning to intercede for him in tongues. The Lord revealed to them that his life was in danger and they prayed that God should alert him about it in a dream.

The Holy Spirit knows all that will happen and this is why praying in tongues always is so important.

“Praying always with all prayer and supplication in the Spirit, and watching thereunto with all perseverance and supplication for all saints;”
— Ephesians 6:18 (KJV)

When we pray in tongues always we are not just praying for ourselves but also praying for others in extreme danger or trouble. Countless lives have been saved because someone decided to obey God's prompting by spending quality time to pray in tongues.

Praying always in tongues will:

1. Deliver us and others from fatal accidents, destructions and tragedies.

2. Stop all the plans and attacks of the enemy before they can be launched.

3. Secures and guarantees our future and seals it in God's perfect will for our lives.
