Notable Nollywood Actors and Actresses are in Abakaliki, the Ebonyi State Capital for a mega Entertainment function slated to hold this Sunday.

A Statement by the Commissioner for Information and State Orientation, Orji Uchenna Orji disclosed that the Nollywood Stars who are mostly veterans in the Entertainment Industry have arrived Abakaliki the Nigeria’s most beautiful city and latest entertainment hub to identify with the Governor of the State, Engr David Nweze Umahi.



The Statement further confirmed that the International Conference Centre, ICC, will be the rendezvous, Sunday night, as Governor Umahi receives a golden award as the best performing Governor in Nigeria by the Media Haven and Actors Guild.

Part of the Statement reads;

“Tonight at the International Conference Centre Abakaliki, renowned Nollywood actors and actresses shall be on ground to perform what they know best. Join and watch movie performances, Nollywood Royalty show, and merit award to intercontinental blazers

“Event starts this Sunday 1st December 2019 night by 7pm. Red carpet is by 5pm

Orji further disclosed that, a veteran Actor Mr Peter Edochie will be in EBBC Salt TV live today, Sunday ,1st December 2019 by 2.30 pm dot, to bare his mind on the new Ebonyi State as the latest Creative Industry Destination in Nigeria, together with Mr Steve Rodsstick Eze, STA to the Governor on Talent Development & Entertainment.
