Several reports have it that some Police officers were alleged to have abandoned their operation to start a yet to be understood sweeping process in Nekede, Imo State, shortly after they arrested a group of boys.

It is not clear why the arrest was made and what happened that led to the sudden environmental sanitation but many assumed on social media that they must have passed their boundaries with the group of boys that supposedly used a strong charm on them.
