So this slang "MAD OH" has been trending massively for sometime now. I first heard my roomie say it and before I knew what was going on,IT was everywhere.

Its R2Bees, a Ghanaian hip hop and hiplife group in 2017, who first put "mad oh" on the map, in a track, before Playaz in this year, who too are from Ghana further popularised the "mad oh" expression with their own song version.
