Building it is not the problem. The problem is maintenance.

Nigerians generally lack maintenance culture. Give this house just one year and come back and check again you go ask ur self if na shrine be this.

Few years ago i built a house for a widow i met in Lagos and her two grown up sons after they explained their issues to me and even went as far as buying properties and all that for them only for these idiots to call me on phone last week to tell me that the roof is leaking that I should come and fix it for them.

Na trailer I dey take go fall that house anytime I'm in Lagos. Ungrateful assholes
