I gently stood up from my bed and walk to the bathroom,

I stare at myself in the mirror my eye color has changed to grey

My hair is now longer than before

I don’t know what’s happening to me after i did my 18 years birthday

Have been expressing different changes, i don’t even understand what’s happening to me

I took a cold bath, i stepped out of the bathroom and i saw my mother in my room

How are you doing; my mom said

Not yet mom am almost done with it; i said

She walked out of my room, i took a deep breath and fell on my pillow

I can’t believe this is really happening to my family, i cried when i heard that my dad has been sacked from work

Because of a missing money he knows nothing about,

We leaved in the company house but since my dad got fired we have to move out from the house

I slowly packed my things inside my suitcase with tears in my eyes
We have been staying in this house since i was a child

So leaving this house is like leaving myself behind cause this house own so much memories

I took my suitcase down stairs i saw my dad arranging things in a truck

I took my school bag put the admission form inside my bag and walk out of my room to the dinning room

I checked the timetable and i was having maths my best subject

I followed the map i was coming down from the stairs when i missed a step i fell down, but am not feeling any pain

I stood up and my legs was not touching the floor, is like am floating
I dragged myself down and my legs touch the floor, i breathe a sigh of relief

I turn my back about to walk away that was when i noticed a boy looking at me

I lay on my bed thinking about that new girl in school, she’s so beautiful

And i love the way she stands up for herself against tara


Tara is just so fond of bullying student and i don’t know what ryker sees in her that makes him to date her

I got home i saw my mom and little sister at the sitting room watching
K- drama they were so engross on the TV show that they don’t notice if someone entered the house

BOOM i shouted and my little sister Lola as already reached the
stairscase my mom was about to run

You have to see there face’s when they knew it was me, i sat down on the floor and laughed my lungs out

Tyler you almost killed me ; lola said breathing hard she put her tiny hand on her chest

My mind drafted to kyla, i think she have feelings for ryker and i have feelings for her is better for me to stop this feelings for her now that the feelings is still new and have not gotten deeper in the feelings

I watched my plate when am through eating and went to my room

it has been up to a week that have discovered that am a witch and have been reading the book the old woman gave me

Have understand alot of things about me, am still trying to control my powers but i couldn’t

I brushed my white hair there is no need for me to apply hair lotion to it cause my hair is already glowing

I packed my hair in a mess bun i put on my knee-high pop socks i bought out a white sneakers instead of black, i just want to look different today

I applied a little lip gloss to my lip
Took my backpack and went down stairs

No thanks, i have mine” i said crabbing my water from the table and drank from it

Everyone face their food except tara who was glaring at me, i also glared at her before she removed her gaze from me

We all ate in silence, until Tyler spoke

Kyla the white hair suit you, i love it”he said with a smirk

Thanks “i said continue eating my food

The bell was rang and the cafeteria lights was off which simply means that break is over

We all went back to class, and our maths teacher Mr con walk into the class

We did four more subject before the bell was rang for closing, student want out in a troop

I arranged my book in my backpack and stood up with Lillian we both walk out of the class

Tyler i shouted his name cause he was at my front, he waited for me to walk up to him

Hi baby”he said rapping his hand around my shoulder I also rapped my around his waist

Hi”i said to them ryker glance at me and removed his gazed from me without answering my greetings

Tara didn’t bother to look at me she was busy pressing her phone

Tyler walk into the room, he looked at me and walk to me

He started tickling me, i couldn’t hold back my laughter, my voice could be heard all through the room

She stopped laughing and walk to where the sketchbook she bought out the pen from the drawer and started sketching looking at Tyler

The drawing looks like Tyler, it looks so real to be a drawing

I angrily drove my car home, why not me that she fell in love with

I opened the door to the sitting room i saw my mom and dad seated in a sofa i didn’t bother to greet them cause am not in the perfect mood

I was climbing the stairs to my room when my mom called me

Ryker honey was wrong with you”she said
Nothing mom am fine, am just feeling little headache i need to get some rest” i lied and quickly went to my room

I fell on my bed tiredly, i need to freshen up, i stood up from the bed
I stripped myself naked and put my uniform in the laundry basket

I walk into the bathroom, i look myself in the large big mirror, am so handsome, why kyla never noticed me, or am i ugly in her eyes

I sighed a frustrated sighed, should i use the jacuzzi or shower,

I moved to the shower i put on the shower and allowed the cold water to run down my naked body

I just stand still enjoying the feelings from the cold water

I spent close to 1hr 30 mins in the bathroom, i took my blue towel and tied it around my waist, walk at of the bathroom to the closet

I put on a black short and black
T-shirt
I dried my hair with my hand-dryer

I walk at of my room to the sitting room my dad and mom were still in the sitting room discussing only god knows what

Dad ain’t you going to walk” i said
No and why are you asking”he said
Nothing i just felt like asking”i said and walk to the kitchen

I saw the maid in the kitchen
Please can you bring my food to the dinning room”i said to marry and walk out of the kitchen

I sat in the dinning room waiting for her, she brought the food and dropped it in my front, she gently kept the juice and bottle water beside the food and left

I opened the food to find a mouth watering pasta and chicken i picked my fork and started eating

I took kyla home and also went home after dropping her at her door step

Tyler Tyler” Lola shouted my name from down stairs, what’s wrong with that my mosquito sister

I stood up from the bed walk out of my room, i saw Lola at the last stairs smiling

Why were you shouting my name”i ask her
Lunch is ready and mom said i should inform you”she said walking away

I went down stairs to have lunch, after having my lunch, i went back to my room did my home work and slept off

next morning��

I stood up from my bed, walk to the closet brought out my uniform,i took out some undies from my box of undies
I arranged everything on my bed and walk to the bathroom to take my bath

I came out after i took my bath with towel rap around my waist, i dried my body put on my undies before my uniform, i dried my wet hair

I applied some hair lotion on my hair before brushing it, i took my backpack and went down stairs to have breakfast

Good morning dad, mom” i greeted my parents
How are you doing”my dad said
Fine dad “i said sitting down beside Lola

Mosquito can’t you greet” i said to Lola she frowned her face
Who are you calling mosquito”she said

Is you Lola you look just like a mosquito”i told her

You’re late for school Tyler you better start eating and stop
teasing lola” my mom said

Lola stick out her tongue to me in a mocking manner, i used my spoon to hit her on the head

I ignored her and started eating my food

I flung my backpack on my shoulder and walk out of the house
Minutes later i found myself in the school building

I walk to my class, kyla was already in the class i smiled when i saw her

She has changed her hair color to dark brown, her hair was glowing she rises her head and smiled at me

I walk to her and peck her on both cheeks, she hit my head with her textbook

Why did you hit me”i said rubbing the part of my head she hit
Why did you peck me on both cheeks”she said with a smirk

I hit on her head and ran to my seat
Ryker is yet to come, i dropped my backpack and sat down

The class room door was open and ryker walk in, he stare at kyla for a while before he walk to his seat which is beside mine

Hey buddy”i said with a smile

I know he like kyla but he don’t want to admit it, and the painful part is that am also in love with her

I look at kyla she’s laughing at what Lillian is telling her, she’s just too beautiful

We did other subject before the bell was rang for break

We all walk out of the class

Ryker” tara said running towards us
We stopped walking and waited for her

I looked at kyla i can see unshed tears in her eyes, she’s about to cry

I turned her face to my body so that no one would notice that she’s crying

She started crying, i took her to the garden, seeing her cry broke my heart, i pat her until she stop crying

Do you love him that much”i said without looking at her

Yes Tyler i love him and it break my heart to know that he is in a relationship” she said and sniff

Her face her all swollen her eyes are so puffy and full of tears, i think she really loved ryker

I nod my head cause i don’t want to cry

i disengage from the hug and Tyler immediately face the other side, i can see he was using his hand to clean his eyes

I turn him so i can look at him, his eyes was so red and puffy

I think something fell In my eyes,while we were hugging”he said and sniff

I Moved closer to him and put his head on my shoulder and started singing for him, my voice went through the garden making birds to chirp

We better go have lunch” he said and left me up, we started walking to the cafeteria

Go seat i will go order the food” he said

I went to seat at our table,which is ryker table, ryker and tara were sitting together, Ryder and Lillian were sitting together

Here is your food” Tyler said giving me a pizza rolls and juice

We did two more subject before the bell was rang for closing

It was night time i fell on my pillow after eating dinner with my parents

I can see ryker is jealous, our plan is really working i just hope he confess his feelings to me soon

The ringing of my phone distracted my thought i picked the phone and the caller was Tyler

i wake up feeling down, i removed the blanket from my body and a great cold embrace me, i shivered

I touched my body to feel my temporary, my body is hot and why the hell am i feeling cold

I stood up from the bed and rapped the blanket around my body i moved to the side of my room i put on the heater and moved to the bathroom

I filled the jacuzzi with warm and soapy water, have not brushed my teeth, i walk to the brush stand

I looked myself in the mirror and gasp, is this me ” i said to myself touching my face

My skin is glowing, my nose is now smaller and more pointed, my eye color is now dark black and it spark, my hair has turned to dark blue, is really glowing like i turned oil on it and my lips is now more smaller and more red it look so sexy

I know i was going to experience this changes when am given another power, what power is it this time the last power i received was disappearing

I rise my hand up and my brush just appeared in my hand, i rise one finger up my mind was forced on my toothpaste and it stood up on the air and walk up to me

Am enjoying this power, i brush my teeth, i was through brushing my tooth, i felt like sneezing i cover my nose to stopped the sneezing but i couldn’t it came out from my mouth

I use my hand to clean my nose i look at the mirror but it was all covered with ice, my mirror and brush are all frozen

What’s wrong with me

I opened the window so sun can dissolve the ice

I took my bath still feeling cold

I put on my undies before my uniform, i put on a sweater ontop of my uniform, i wear my school shoe

Brush my and went down stairs

Good morning dad, mom” i said
Oh my God, is this my daughter” my dad and mom exclaimed

You looking more beautiful and your skin and hair is glowing”my mom said touching me

I just smiled cause i have nothing to say, i ate breakfast and went to school

Everybody i came across in the hallway always glance at me saying am beautiful, they even crowded me

I manage to run away, i got to my class i opened the door and walk in and everybody turned their gazed at me

Is this kyla or my eyes are playing tricks on me” tara said walking up to me she stop in my front and stare at me,

Oh no i feel like sneezing, i covered my nose and it stopped, i was about to talk when i sneezed covering my eyes i gently opened my eyes and saw the whole class frozen

Everybody in the class are all frozen, i opened my mouth

What am i gonna do now, any moment from now teacher will come into the class to teach oh my god am dead

I stood still without knowing what to do, how on earth am i going to unfreeze this class, i scattered my hair in a frustrated manner

Unfreeze” i said and raised my right hand up and closed my eyes

I gently open my eyes praying within me that the class will go back to normal, but i was really disappointed
The class was still freeze i looked at tara her nose was bringing out smoke

I look at the door Mr con is really close to the class, sweat was already dropping out from my head and body

For i am the great princess, i want this class to unfreeze” i said with believe this time around

To my greatest surprise it unfreeze

The whole class was so quiet like a graveyard i bat my lashes at tara that was still staring at me

Did i miss something” tara said looking at me strangely,

And what where you suppose to miss” i said sternly

She looked at me and touch her body

My body is really cold as if i just came out from the freezer” she said

Same with me” a girl said from the back of the class

What are the both of you doing at the front of the class” Mr Con said

I just came sir”i said going to my seat

I was just curious, cause i like it she said with a smile

Then go look for it in the market”i said and faced my food

Tara took some fries � and put it in ryker mouth and also kiss him looking at me with a happy face

I know you love my boyfriend and i won’t let you have him” she said in a whisper for my hearing alone

I left the cafeteria with a broken heart, seeing her kissing Tyler make my heart shedding blood

I went to our practice room, am not going to attend any class i moved over to the drawing kyla made

The big tree looks old, the ground was filled with dried leaves

Weeks has gone by, but yet kyla is not back

I went to their house so many times,
And her parents is just saying one thing which is

She’s not yet back

My life has been empty without kyla, life has been so boring without her

School has been hell for me without her, have lost all focused in school

Anytime i went to school, i can’t concentrate, ryker and ryder has tried their possible best to bring me out of my shell

I know there’s something more to kyla disappearance, she can’t just decide to travel without telling me

How is my king doing”i said walking to Stephen the king

I started training alone, leaving kora

Lilly let’s do back to back training”kora said walking to my direction

You talk too much” she said and talk in another language

I couldn’t opened my mouth it looks like my both lips were gum i can’t move my mouth muscle

I look at her she was laughing

You better follow me” she said walking away i have no option than to follow her

We got to the sitting room of the building, there was a big chair like a king chair at the center of the room

I was lying down on a wooden bed my head resting on a soft feather pillow

My head was filled with so much thoughts, so much doubts, everyone is relying on me, everyone seems to believe I will defeat my evil uncle and rescue both my parents and the kingdom from him

The problem is I don’t seem to share there thoughts, I’m very afraid I will fail and let everyone down

I have never been in a battle whereas my uncle is use to battle and war, he is use to killing people and he is filled with evil and has the power of black magic

I’m trying to be strong but my heart is racing so fast I can hear it, I wish I wasn’t the princess, I wish I wasn’t a witch….

I was busy feeling pity for myself when a bright light shone inside the room where I was which in fact was the inside of a tree

It was hard to believe I am inside a tree

Out from the light came an old woman and I recognize her, she is Lena my guardian angel

I lifted my head from the wooden bed, I knew she has some information for me
“ Kyle my child, my beautiful princess ” she said and I smiled briefly

I was still scared but there was something about Lena that makes me feel calm, I knew is my friend and someone I can trust she also gave me some measure of strength to overcome my fears

“ it is time my child, it is time to face your destiny, the red moon and black moon will arrive soon, you most face your evil uncle the king tonight and I am sure you will defeat him and free the kingdom from his evil rule ” she said

“ what if I fail? What if I am not strong enough to defeat my uncle, what if__ ”

She cuts me short

“ no more if’s you won’t fail my child, I know this because everyone is counting on you and all our spirits and the spirit of your parents will guide you and be with you

My head became to heavy for my neck and the rest of my body and it dropped me down on the ground

“ the great princess and hero of the people is so easy defeated, I told you you were no match for me and now time for me to destroy you ” she mocked and bragged at the same time

Her spell on me was very painful but it was fleeting also, it didn’t last that long and after some seconds of much pains I felt the pains going away

But Tara was about casting another spell on me and I could tell this one would be a deadly spell the way she squeezed her face with much anger and hate written all over it

“ ELTÖ GRŘJVN__ ” before she could complete the words to a spell I cast my own quick spell

“ Qwè TELŠÏ! ” I screamed still lying on the floor

Boom!

A wind like force slammed Tara throwing her a great distance backwards

She flew and slammed into the door leading to the king courtroom where the king sat on his mighty throne

The force carried her tumbling for some distance before she finally stopped

I tried getting up to my feet but almost immediately the palace guards had surrounded me with there sharp and pointy weapons aimed at me and they wanted to strike me dead….

“ Éli tuośśii ” Lena cast a spell and all the guards that surrounded me dropped to the floor

“ get up my child ” she said stretching out a hand to me, I held her stretched out hand and she lifted me up to my feet

“ thank you ” I said and she smiled

“ this is where my journey stops, this is all the help I can provide, I wish I can but I can’t follow you into the courtroom of the king

You will have to face him alone, remember all what I have thought you, remember all the training you have had and remember that you have the spirit guarding you

I took a deep breath in then walked to towards the door of the king courtroom

I walked into the king chambers and there he was seated on his throne…. My Evil Uncle, The King

He was a charming man, really handsome truth be told but at that point all I could see was an evil man who had custody of my parents and kingdom

I walked slowly to meet him passing Tara his daughter who was still lying unconscious on the floor and the king seemed rather calm

He had this smile on his face as I approached his throne and his quietness and calmness was making me uncomfortable, it seems I was heading to a trap

So I started talking to reduce my tension

“ Uncle, I demand you release my parents and step down from the throne because it’s not yours, this kingdom has suffered enough from your hands it’s time for them to be free ” I said but then he started laughing

He laughed harder and harder making me look stupid wondering why he was laughing

“ Uncle! ” I screamed stopping his laughter

“ I will defeat you ” I said sounding really confident but deep down I was really scared

He smirked at me, and I didn’t know Tara was up already in fact she was never unconscious she just pretended she was

“ Veé Toû LÖSÁ! ” she screamed from behind me a very deadly spell

I felt a great force picking me up from the ground and it felt as my whole body was on fire �

I saw myself smashing hard against the wall of the palace

“ Ahhhhhhhh ” I screamed and groaned in pain

The pain was intense and I felt as if I’m about to die

I could see Tara walking slowly towards me her right arm out stretched to my direction and she started moving and twisting the fingers of her out stretched arm

and as she moved and twisted her fingers I felt the bones of all my body twisting and bending

“ ahhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh ” I cried out in pain

The pain was intense and unbearable but Tara was enjoying every bit of it, the smile on her face was very broad

“ after killing you I will kill your stupid boyfriend Tyler ” she said but she shouldn’t have said that

Something sparked inside me, I didn’t know where that power and anger came from but all I know was the anger was burning and a great power filled me

“ Noooooo!!! ” I screamed out and only my screams alone sent her flying and the glasses of the palace windows shattered

My hair turned white and I was floating in the air…

Tara flew and landed on the ground but she was quick to get up on her feet

“ No! I can’t accept you are more powerful than me, I have black magic ” she yelled

And she started casting a spell and great flames came from her hands and covered me completely

She laughed and smiled evilly as she thought she was winning and that I was dead but I flew out of the flames unburnt and unharmed and Tara smile and laughter face became that of shock

I stretched my arm towards her and bolts of lightning came forth from my hand and struck her

“ ahhhhhhhhhhh ” she screamed out and fell down

“ Taraaaaaaaaaaaa! ” her father, my evil uncle screamed out standing up from his throne

He ran to where his daughter lay unconscious on the floor smoke coming out from her body

He bent down and picked her up holding her tight to himself

“ Tara, oh Tara my princess, Tara, my beautiful child..” he said sorrowfully

She wasn’t dead but she was badly hurt and although she deserves that and more I felt pity for her

I never wanted to hurt anyone not even her and her evil father, they should have done the right thing and this would have not have happened…

After weeping for his daughter my Uncle turned his head to my direction, great anger written all over his face

“ you are dead ” he growled angrily at me

I swallowed

I could feel this great power within me yet I was very much afraid of what my uncle could do to me

He seemed very angry and his eyes had gone black complete black he floated up in the air like me

“ so you think you are powerful enough to take me on ” he said with great anger and I swallowed hard

“ I am on the right side and the spirits are with me I will not fail ” I said out loud at least to gain some confidence

I laughed scornfully at me “ you fool, you will end up like your parents, No even worse than them ” he said then stretched out his right arm at my direction

Blast of dark red flames shoot from his hand coming at me with great speed

I quickly fired him with my lightening bolts and both our powers colided together coursing a big loud blast

I forced of the blast rushed me backwards I had to struggle unless the force would have threw me away

I regained my balance in the air but there was no time to think as he shoot another deadly shoot of burning flames from his hand

“ Ahhhhhhh ” I screamed shooting my lightening bolts at him this time with both hands

Once again our powers colided and it was a tussle between both my lightening bolts and his fire flames

Our powers keep pushing against each other I was using two hands but he only used one hand

He laughed at me as he could see I was struggling to keep up

“ you are weak! And I will end your life ” he said then increased the force of his fire flames

It was too much for me to handle, he was just too strong and his fire flames pushed against my lightening bolts and blast me hard

BLAST!

” Ahhhhhhhhhhhhhhh ” I screamed as I saw myself been hit by his fire flames

The force sent me back smashing against the wall of the palace and outside to the other side creating a huge hole on the wall

I landed outside the palace completely dazed and in much pain, my eyes sight where blurring and as I looked up above the sky I saw my uncle flying out from the palace from the hole I created

He was seeing eight of him because my eyes where not functioning properly at that time

Up above him I could see the two moon, the black and the red moon and gradually the black moon was covering the red moon evidence that I was losing and he was winning the battle….

At this point Kora and the rest of the villages had arrived to the scene and they watched in horror as my uncle was about to end my life

Seizing hold of me with his black magic, he lifted me up without laying a finger on me

I couldn’t move not even blink my eyes

“ you all came at the right time, just in time to watch me kill your beloved princess, your hero

“ All your dreams of being free from my rule will all die with her and if anyone wishes to die along side her I will gladly grant them there wish ” he said and everyone bow there head down in fear

“ I believe in you Kyle! ” Kora was the only one who shout out and still had faith in me in everyone present

I don’t really blame the rest of them for not having faith in me I myself had lost faith in myself

“ I will kill you next “ my uncle said glaring at Kora

Then he magically flung me against a building

I smashed hard on the wall and fall to the ground bleeding all over my body

Nose, mouth even my ears

“ I will kill you and my stupid brother your father but I will keep your mum, she will make one good sex slave “ he said and started laughing and once again just like when his daughter Tara said he was going to kill Tyler I was engroved by anger

I was so angry my whole eyes turned white and it was sparking as if two electrical charged wires are coming in contact together

I flew back up, to be honest I wasn’t in complete control of myself at this point

“ this is possible!
I have defeated you “ my uncle said in shock

They he tried to surprise me by blasting out from the sky with his fire flames but I was extremely fast and I dodged it and struck him with my lightening bolts

“ ahhhhhhhhhhh “ he screamed as he fell to the ground

On landing on the ground I still blast him a couple of times with my lightening bolts and I was about giving him the death blow when__

“ STOP! ” I heard someone shout

I turned to the direction the shout came from and I saw my guardian angel Lena placing a knife on the throat of the love of my life Tyler

“ STOP
Unless I will kill him ” she warned but I was really confused about what was happening

“ please don’t harm him ” I pleaded “ why are you doing this? ” I asked

“ because I love him ” she said then transformed from an old woman to a beautiful young lady

“ surrender yourself unless the boy dies ” she warned again

“ Don’t do it Kyle! ” Tyler yelled

“ Shut up you fool ” Lena screamed at him giving him a hot slap then was about to slice his neck with the knife

“ please stop don’t hurt him, I will do whatever you ask just don’t harm him ” I pleaded the more

She smiled at me then magically place a hand on my palm

“ Stab your heart with it then the boy lives, you have my word ” she said

“ don’t do it Kyle, don’t! ” Tyler screamed

Lena was the one the prophecy spoke of betraying me, it was hard to believe but that’s what is happening right now but there was no way I was letting Tyler die because of me so I drew the knife towards my chest and was about stabbing myself with it….

“ Nooooooo ” Tyler screamed as I was about stabbing myself then he stepped on Lena toe really hard which made her scream and let go of him briefly

I saw the opportunity and I threw the knife in my hand and it went into her chest

She gasped and stare at me before she fell to the ground died

I looked up to see Tyler staring at me

He stretched forth his hand towards me and i took it, he gently embraced me and muttered something in my ear

I thought i lost you kyla, i thought i won’t get to see you again” he said in between sobs

I just embrace him back, i looked up at the sky and the moon as turned bloody red which signify that i already defeated my uncle

We both unlocked from the hug and kora run to me and hugged me

You did it lilly, you brought balance back to this kingdom”she said and i smiled

My eyes caught my uncle trying to stand up from the floor, he won’t escape me

I walk over to him, i stretched my hand upward and my uncle stood up
Dropping his knee to the floor

In a kneeing position, he stared into my eyes as if he was trying to read my mind

I place my hand on his head

Please don’t take my power please my child” he pleaded with me but i pay deaf ear to him
