I don’t really understand what’s going on. Before I sent items to them in China, we were promised it will take 8 weeks max to collect items. After item got to them, it took two weeks for them to load. It’s over 4 months now and it’s been one story or the other. The status on the website has been showing arrived for customs clearance for over a month. Clients are on my neck and no one is saying any reasonable thing. Has anyone done business with this people before?
