I really appreciate your patience so far and I don't blame you for bringing this out here in the open. You've exhausted all possible means to reach him and Moneynavy still refuses to deliver,hence this drastic action you took.

Please and please,you really need to send my client's goods for which you have collected shipping fees and waybill on. You're not picking your calls and not responding to whatsapp messages either and went back on your promise and agreement with OP. This is not how business is done. He needs his packages urgently.

Good morning everyone.
It's been close to two months since I bought some items from 1688 and I was informed that my items have arrive lagos last week monday 27/11/12 by Hentech Logistics (hentech is the shipping agent used to send items).

Before my items arrived he has already sent me the pdf copy of the total amount of money to be paid excluding interstate waybill, which he later collected Four thousand five hundred.

My items weighed 18.5kg and his charges for one kg is #2300, so my bill was #47,000(including the #4,500). Before then he informed me that my items are two cartons cause the stuff were much (una know kids things na).

Ehen as i was saying, Hentech told me he was sending my items the following day(Wednesday) after confirming my payment on Tuesday. Wednesday reach na his numbers were not going through (which kai wahala be this one, we done dey anticipate for this stuff), I sent several what's app messages and more calls but none was going through.

I chatted up the person that help me bought the items from 1688 and recommended his service to me about the prevailing circumstances am facing but it seems we are in same problem, the person items were still with him and his numbers were not going through for him.

Not relenting I started trying the numbers on Thursday and it went through (at last person mind go come down) but he was not picking up or replying to his what's app messages, it was so frustrating I had to chat the person who recommended his services to me and it was still same thing the person was facing.

The stories started when he later took he's call, that was after numerous messages from me and the other person he shipped for, he was apologizing for not picking up is phone (his voice is very small, to vex for him go even hard you) that he was escorting a vehicle with drugs to kogi and the custom paper was with him and he don't want custom to disturb them. He told me he assign someone to send my items on his behalf if have not gotten waybil number and I told him no, that was 10am in the morning. He pleaded for me to give him time cause he's on is way back to lagos from kogi state that he will fet back to me 11am.

My fellow nairalander, 11am reach and nothing from him, I called, the phone will ring out without him picking or replying to his what's app messages. Different things were running in my mind that he might be scam but have used is service once.

To cut the long story short, he has refused to pick my calls or reply to my messages, he later told me just one carton out of the two came for me, that the other one is in china (this was same person that told me he authorized someone to send my items to me initially, to show he was lying along).

I tried to solved this issue calmly but he has refuse to be reasonable.

Note: If i don't get my items latest next week Tuesday I will put you Pictures, Account details social media details here... If no positive outcome, after that I will be force to go to akwa ibom and arrest any family member related to you.. I don't need money but what i bought.

this is really bad try to use shipping company people have used before guy blood are hot now to take the little you have
