It was a night of joy and merriment as the Naval Officers’ Wives Association (NOWA) kicks off the festive season with the Festival of Nine Lessons and Carols which took place on Friday, 6th December 2019, at the Admirally Conference Center, Naval Dockyard, Victoria Island, Lagos.

In an opening speech presented by the National President of NOWA, Barr (Mrs) Theresa Ibas, she thanked everyone who had made time to attend the event despite their busy schedule and also stated that celebrating Christmas, brings renewed hope for better future which bring about much joy to the world.
