This group have hitherto been a group of respected indigenes of Ogba/Egbema/Ndoni local government area of Rivers state. But since the neighbourhood watch vigilante group proposed by the state governor was stopped when soldiers invaded the training camp, the OSPAC vigilante group has been activated and they are carrying out extra judicial killings. |
