I don't belong to the school of thought that believe in telling people how to run their organizations. If I feel so strongly about it, I start mine. All I know is there are two sides to managing publicity, one is preventing (or at least managing) negative publicity (which is depictive of what is being discussed here), the other is promoting or engendering positive publicity (which I'm certain they-and similar institutions work on every single day).
