Buhari was in charge. Overzealous DSS operatives created a chaotic scene inside a courtroom (Judiciary: yet, another arm of government) in Abuja while trying to rearrest Omoyele Sowore, which they did successfully.

Reaction from Presidency:
The Presidency applauded the DSS and justified the invasion.

These are contradictory positions from the same Presidency. Are these situations not similar?
