The plans for the new airport are a modification of those drawn up in 2017 for a smaller facility. Qatar Airways has agreed to take a 60 percent stake in a new $1.3bn international airport in Rwanda, according to a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) signed on Monday.

LOL,someone please help me out with the following; 1.Who owns Qatar airways ; shareholders & all? 2.Who are the major foreign investors in Qatar ? 3. Which countries trade more with Qatar? 4. Was the Rwandan airport built by the government alone, if not who were the major investors? Maybe, just maybe I can finally understand why Kagame is the darling of the media " the most hardworking & smart African President " . 2 Likes 1 Share |

In the next 5 years, Rwanda would be East Africa aviation and tourism hub with this deal, Ethiopia Airline would have to step up her game. 2 Likes |

Big mistake because Qatar is one of the main countries that sponsor terrorism. They are going to sneak radical Muslims into that country. The main goal is to hold Africa in a sandwich state with terrorists in Southern Africa added to terrorists in West Africa ( Mali, Burkina, Niger ) , terrorists in Somalia in Eastern Africa and terrorists in North Africa . 1 Like 1 Share |

To Rwandans: Do not let the Qaratis make any charitable donation to any social group in your country. Do not let them build any mosque , do not let them offer anything to any school. Do not let them bring in Al Jazeera Keep all their movements under scrutiny 24/7 ( 24 hours a day, 7 days a week) Bug all their offices. As a reminder, they tried to stir up chaos in Egypt, fortunately Al Sissi's regime quickly brought the fire under control. Also remember, when the French were starting to undermine president Gbagbo when the latter came to power in 2000, Qatar was the first to spray Fake News about people hating Muslims in Cote d'Ivoire. The Fake news was used by French back rebels to recruit rebels in Africa , the Middle East and the rest of the world . later they launched an attack on September 19, 2002. The war dragged on for eight years before reaching its climax in 2011. Gbagbo ended up being deported to the Netherlands by the ICC . Today Cote d'Ivoire is occupied by thugs. |
