Anthony Joshua has had a roller coaster of a year in 2019 but crowned it by avenging his shock defeat to Andy Ruiz Jr and returning to the top of heavyweight division.

Now that the two-time heavyweight champion has headed back to the UK, Karina Martinez, popularly known as Miss-K, who is a Multi Award winner, Artist, Supermodel, Entrepreneur and Humanitarian, who was recently awarded an Honorary Award as 1 of 100 most influential women in the world on International Women’s Day, took to her social media to express how honored she was to receive the award on his behalf from the NYDA due to his absence away, preparing for the fight.

The NYDA, (Nigerian Youth Diaspora Awards), for which Miss-K also stood as a Judge on the night, took place recently at the Nigerian High Commission, in London, during black history month. The Event which turned out to be a success, has been instigated by Nigerian Youth Leader and Multiple Award winner, Yemi Soile.

While there, Miss-K made a fashion statement wearing the perfect green that match with the Nigerian Flag, to represent the winning colours of Nigeria.

The NYDA has also been an official partner to the "Kreative Kick" Youth Summit, which has been organized by Miss-K herself, this past August, to celebrate “International Youth Day".
