Russia’s anti-doping agency RUSADA on Thursday appealed to the Court of Arbitration for Sport (CAS) against a four-year ban from major sports events. Russia was on Dec. 9 banned as a nation by the World Anti-Doping Agency (WADA) over tampering of Moscow anti-doping laboratory data.
