I need a budget gaming laptop that can play games at medium settings with decent frame rates for price of 100-120k inbox me if you've got an offer for me. Swap also available if you want an HP elitebook 840 G2. Specs below

How do those specs you listed make a gaming laptop, why you did not include the graphics card and the dedicated memory requirements, Nawa oh!
