Popular On-Air-Personality, Daddy Freeze, has given his two cents on the story about church members attacking their pastor after he allegedly bought a brand-new Range Rover with their tithes and offerings.

According to reports, the Ghanaian pastor received the wrath of his congregation when he drove his newly acquired Sports Utility Vehicle (SUV) to church. Rather than get the anticipated congratulatory messages, he was accused of defrauding them of their hard-earned money to enrich himself. The visibly livid church members claimed that he also issued dud cheques to them after they had invested their resources in his companies.

The pastor was attacked right when he got off from the Range Rover

Reacting to the incident, Daddy Freeze who is very vocal about his stands on religion stated that the members just woke up, and their eyes just opened.

“They just dey wake up. MOFETI Church members demanding their money (offering and tithe) back. Pastor just bought a new Range Rover and they are like “Oh hell no”. E be like say their eyes just opened.”

The incident is causing controversy online as users air their varying opinions on the issue.
