There should be SLAs embedded in the contract. I will just wait for the Chinese report on the contract. How much of kickbacks and constraints they had to contend with.

I love the level of seriousness from amaechi and till date I can confirm to every one that he's been the most active and result oriented minister buhari ever had..

We all know.

But haters would want the world to believe otherwise.

Then why would our government do business with a firm that cannot deliver according to the agreement.

Next do not be surprised at the statement of the minister. It may be a political statement with the intention of making people believe that government has played its part in the deal - which may not be so. We have had stories of how government either did not release funds or did not release in good time.
