According to Financial Times, Jumia Rwanda will stop taking and processing customers’ orders starting from January 9th, 2020. For its prime subscribers, a separate arrangement will be made regarding their refunds.

Their village people is involved

Apparently, jumia seems to have gotten a lot of things wrong.
Personally, I think one of the things they got wrong was over spending... These guys spend just too much on ads alone.
And also the lack of or slow implementation innovative solutions that would improve ecommerce experience and reduce cost for them on the long run.

I just hope they solidify there feet soon in their remaining countries.
