Just N10m for all Abia small scale traders? This man is not trying at all. Gov. Umahi of Ebonyi State keeps dishing out N100,000 each to widows and farmers in the state, totalling over N100,000,000 despite the state meagre resources and massive infrastructural development going on in the state. Abia is really in trouble.
